Classes focused on basic ideas to know the Thai culture, how to stand strong, know your weapons and how to protect yourself using your body parts and build the mindset.

Wai Kru ceremony (called Wai Kru Rai Ram or Wai Kru Ram Muay, often simply called Wai Kru as it means to pay respect to teachers) is performed to pay respect to teachers like your parents, your teachers, your homeland and the source of inspire, could be anyone or anything you respect.

It’s a spirit, an art and the tradition.
